ProAcct is the concept turned reality result of three leaders in the collection industry coming together to pastor the needs of businesses requiring account solutions on debt receivables. The founders of ProAcct are Geoffrey Klahn, Todd Snyder and Brian LeBar .

• Geoffrey Klahn started his collection career as a collector in 1994 and has more than 10 years of progressively responsible experience in the collection industry. Most recently Geoffrey served as the Senior Systems Administrator at ConServe, a New York-based national 3rd party collection agency. In addition Geoffrey has held positions as Collections Supervisor and Operations Manager. Geoffrey's diverse experience in the industry has allowed him to build a strong understanding of all aspects of collections including operations management, financial forecasting, resource allocation, accounting and control. Geoffrey holds several certifications from the ACA International including Professional Collection Specialist and Higher Education Collection Specialist. Geoffrey and his wife Michelle reside in Spencerport, NY and have one child, Breanna.

• Todd Snyder is a technically oriented, self-disciplined and conscientious person, with a high degree of expertise and skill in account receivables management. Todd has a proven track record in collections with more than 7 years. With strong organizational skills and the ability to handle many complex projects at once, Todd has become a leader in the collection industry. He directed a staff of 100 collectors as the manager of production at one of the largest collection agencies in western NY. He has also held a wide variety of operation and management positions including dialer manager and report specialist. Todd is also certified by the ACA, American Collectors Association, and works in accordance with established standards of accuracy and quality. In addition to the collection industry, Todd has also served in the armed forces with the United States Army making him an analytical and creative problem-solver. Todd and his wife Denise reside in Greece, NY and have two children, Michael and Andrew.

• Brian LeBar has over 8 years of experience in the software and systems environments earning the titles of IT manager, Senior Software Engineer and Software Analyst. He has obtained degrees in law enforcement and Computer Information Systems with an emphasis in finance. He has obtained over 10 certifications in the network and system arena including Linux, Cisco, and Windows environments. In addition to his degrees and certifications, He has consulted for numerous firms including Pioneer Credit Recovery, Sutherland Group, and Bausch & Lomb to name a few. Brian has served in the US Marine Corps for over 15 years including a one year deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He has held top positions in leadership and focused on developement of junior Marines durning his Marine career. Brian and his wife Leah reside in Rochester, NY.
